This city is the European Washington DC, which we previously visited in the other hemisphere. UANT group finds no hemispheric preference, for Antarctica is in both of them and is the only political entity that is so now that the British Empire is dissolved. Touring the univesity in Belgium, they were, like the EU, a bureaucratic mess. Avoid this place for study abroad, because, "Are you Erasmus?" is the only question you will be asked, and if you say you are not and give your true name, they will look at you puzzled.
